When the Fin Fang Four member Elektro is wrongfully arrested and imprisoned, he is placed in the prison's "S-Wing." While there he encounters a number of criminals who have tangled with Spider-Man in the past, including the Hotshot. Inspired by Elektro's defiance, the prisoners attempt a breakout but are subdued by the prison guards.
