When Mister Sinister announced that he was going to create genetically perfect humans, Bishop reluctantly agreed to aid his old enemy in order to prevent the extinction of humans. Soon after, Mister Sinister managed to create the genetically perfect Adam Y and Eve X. He then revealed to Bishop that he had not created the humans to repopulate the Earth, but to use as new experiments. In an effort to save the infants, Bishop grabbed them and was whisked away.
