The Adjudicator was sent to Earth by the Cosmic Tribunal, who deemed humanity unfit to live. He gave them a week to get their affairs in order. The heroes of Earth tried to stop him, but were ultimatly unsuccessful as the Adjudicator was seemingly invulnerable to all there attacks. He was only stopped when the Silver Surfer unleashed the Decimators on the Tribunal.
