An agent of S.H.I.E.L.D., Kellam was part of the Moth Squadron, along with Grey, Ellis, Slingshot (Yo-Yo) and another agent, led by Quake. Together, they monitored the Inhuman city of New Attilan. While on this assignment, they were re-dispatched by Captain America (secretly leader of Hydra) to Baltimore Harbor, to investigate a base, where they were ambushed by the Wrecking Crew. He was killed in the brawl along all his team, save for Quake.
