Ahmed Noor is one of the superpowered member of the Secret Warriors team formed by Nick Fury. He has the ability to smash and detonate atoms. Ahmed Noor was imprisoned at Project P.E.G.A.S.U.S. until he was freed by Nick Fury. Fury's files listed him as an untapped superhuman which he could use in his secret war against Hydra and Leviathan. He was assigned to Team Black, where all of the more problematic Caterpillars were sent, which was led by Alexander Pierce.

Nick Fury's files list Ahmed describe him as an "Atom Smasher", and give him an association with Project Pegasus. Given that, his powers may be based on the original Atom Smasher, whose corpse was examined by scientists at Project Pegasus.
