Benjamin Walker is an American actor and stand-up comedian. He is known for his roles in the films Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter (2012), Flags of Our Fathers (2006), and In the Heart of the Sea (2015). He has also starred in the television series Jessica Jones (2019) and The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power (2022).
Walker was born in New York City in 1982. He studied acting at Juilliard School, and he made his Broadway debut in 2007 in the play Inherit the Wind. He went on to star in the rock musical Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson (2010), for which he was nominated for a Tony Award.
