Based on in-game voice interactions, Lifeline and Octane’s relationship resembles more of bantering siblings than lovers. Not to mention, Octane frequently refers to her as “hermana,” which translates to “sister” in English.
As of my knowledge cutoff in September 2021, there is no official web series featuring Octane and Bloodhound in the “Apex Legends” universe. However, it’s worth noting that the relationships and personal lives of characters in video games can evolve over time through updates, new releases, or additional lore.
