Akmal Khan (11 November 1929 – 11 June 1967) was a Pakistani film actor. He was one of the most popular actors of his time and is considered a legend in Pakistani cinema. He appeared in over 100 films, most of which were Punjabi-language films.

Khan was born in Lahore, British India, in 1929. He started his career as a make-up artist in the film industry. He was then introduced to acting by the Pakistani film producer-director Anwar Kamal Pasha in his film Qatil (1955). His first major role was in the Punjabi-language film Jabroo (1956), which was a huge success.

Khan went on to star in many other successful Punjabi-language films, including Sher-e-Surkh (1960), Heer Sial (1965), and Choorian (1963). He also appeared in a few Urdu-language films, such as Raja Sahib (1960) and Anwar (1962).

Khan was known for his charming personality and his ability to portray a wide range of characters. He was also a talented singer and dancer. He died in Lahore in 1967 at the age of 37.

Khan's legacy continues to live on. He is considered one of the most important actors in the history of Pakistani cinema. His films are still popular today and he is an inspiration to many young actors.
